Key Responsibilities:
- Perform X-ray exams as ordered, preparing adult and pediatric patients in accordance with standard protocols
- Manage front office duties: open and close the center, greet and register patients, process payments
- Triage and room patients, document thorough reviews of symptoms, obtain and process patient specimens for point-of-care tests, and assist with minor surgical procedures
- Maintain and restock radiology and clinical suites, clean exam areas between patients
- Facilitate training for new team members, support collaborative and efficient workflow
- Ensure timely receipt and documentation of radiology images and results
- Contribute to administrative tasks and other duties as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate degree from an accredited college required
- Current state licensure as a radiologic technologist, ARRT certification, CPR/BLS required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume urgent care or emergency setting preferred
- Excellent bedside manner with pediatric and adult populations
- Commitment to outstanding patient care and customer service
- Proficiency in EMR (Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; both spoken and written
