Key Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray exams as ordered, preparing adult and pediatric patients in accordance with standard protocols
• Manage front office duties: open and close the center, greet and register patients, process payments
• Triage and room patients, document thorough reviews of symptoms, obtain and process patient specimens for point-of-care tests, and assist with minor surgical procedures
• Maintain and restock radiology and clinical suites, clean exam areas between patients
• Facilitate training for new team members, support collaborative and efficient workflow
• Ensure timely receipt and documentation of radiology images and results
• Contribute to administrative tasks and other duties as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate degree from an accredited college required
• Current state licensure as a radiologic technologist, ARRT certification, CPR/BLS required
• Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume urgent care or emergency setting preferred
• Excellent bedside manner with pediatric and adult populations
• Commitment to outstanding patient care and customer service
• Proficiency in EMR (Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; both spoken and written
