This position offers meaningful exposure to multiple aspects of healthcare. You'll be responsible for performing X-ray exams as ordered, collaborating closely with urgent care providers, and assisting with both front and back office operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assigned front office duties, including opening/closing checklists, patient registration, and payment processing
  • Greet and assist all patients and guests with professionalism and hospitality
  • Conduct triage, document vital signs, histories, symptoms, and chief complaints in the EMR
  • Obtain/process patient specimens for point-of-care and send-out laboratory tests
  • Assist with minor surgical procedures under provider supervision
  • Prepare radiology suite, equipment, and patients (including pediatric and adult) for imaging
  • Capture X-ray images and document appropriately in the EMR
  • Restock clinical areas and maintain cleanliness between patients
  • Support training for new staff as needed

Desired Qualifications:

  • Associates degree from an accredited college (required)
  • Active radiologic technologist state license (required)
  • ARRT certification and current CPR/BLS (required)
  • 2 years experience in high-volume urgent care or ER preferred
  • Proficiency with EMR (EPIC preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent patient care, customer service, and communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational ability and record-keeping
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
