A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled Ultrasound Technician to support inpatient and emergency department imaging needs. This contract position offers a focused work schedule and the chance to apply your expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Location: Fond Du Lac, WI
Schedule/Hours:
- 3rd shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Tuesday through Sunday
- 6 days on, 8 days off
- 36 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging for inpatient and ED patients
- Utilize advanced ultrasound skills to assist clinical teams with diagnostic procedures
- Manage call duties during shift hours with no after-hours call responsibilities
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging results
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- ARDMS ABD (All But Dissertation) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credentials required
- Minimum of two years of professional ultrasound experience beyond clinical training
- OB/Gyn ultrasound certification preferred
- Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging techniques and technology essential
