Job Description
A healthcare facility in Lorain, OH is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services. This contract position involves performing diagnostic X-rays on outpatients, inpatients, and Emergency Department patients in a hospital setting. Flexibility to handle portable imaging and possibly fluoroscopy and surgery support is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic X-rays for diverse patient populations including emergency cases.
- Perform portable imaging tasks and assist with fluoroscopy and surgical imaging as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high-quality imaging standards.
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Valid ODH license and ARRT certification.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a Radiographer in a hospital environment.
- Ability to handle fast-paced and varied patient care needs.
Schedule:
- May include holiday shifts.
- Orientation provided to support smooth onboarding.
