A rewarding opportunity is available for a Radiologic Technologist experienced in diagnostic imaging within a hospital setting. This contract position involves performing diagnostic X-rays for a diverse patient population, including outpatients, inpatients, and Emergency Department cases. The role involves use of portable imaging equipment and may include supporting fluoroscopy and surgical imaging procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic imaging studies accurately and efficiently following established protocols.
• Operate portable X-ray units as needed for bedside imaging.
• Assist in fluoroscopy procedures and surgical imaging when required.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Comply with hospital policies, infection control standards, and radiation safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid ODH license and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Proven experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a hospital environment.
• Competence in diagnostic X-ray, portable imaging, and familiarity with fluoroscopy and surgical imaging preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent patient care skills.
