Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Multi Modality Specialist skilled in imaging and radiology technology, based in Cloverdale, CA. This contract position offers an engaging work environment where your expertise with advanced imaging equipment will be valued.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating Toshiba CT scanners and GE digital X-ray equipment.
  • Floating between CT, X-ray, and the operating room as needed.
  • Providing reliable weekend coverage, with one weekend per month on call.
  • Utilizing the Cerner documentation system to maintain accurate patient records.
  • Managing time-off requests proactively, as they are built into the contract schedule.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Proficiency in CT and X-ray imaging techniques.
  • Experience working in multi modality radiology settings.
  • Comfortable floating between different imaging modalities and the operating room.
  • Familiarity with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to respond effectively during call schedule weekends.

Schedule:

  • One weekend of call per month is required.
  • Flexibility to float across different imaging departments.
