This opportunity is ideal for an experienced MRI technologist skilled in operating Siemens MRI scanners and performing a variety of routine neuro, body, and musculoskeletal exams. The position emphasizes high-quality imaging with no cardiac studies involved. It offers a structured daytime schedule with no call, weekends, or holiday shifts, allowing for a balanced work-life routine during the contract period.
Location:
This role is based in Elyria, OH, a welcoming city known for its community spirit and proximity to urban amenities. Elyria offers a friendly Midwestern atmosphere with convenient access to cultural attractions, parks, and dining options, making it a comfortable place to live and work.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- No call, weekends, or holiday work
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI imaging on Siemens scanners (Vida, Aera, Skyra, Avanto)
- Conduct routine neuro, body, and musculoskeletal exams according to protocol
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver quality care
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year MRI experience
- Proficient with Siemens MRI scanners
- ARRT (MR) certification required
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of routine neuro, body, and MSK MRI exams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Contract Details:
- Contract length flexible between 13 and 26 weeks
- First-time travelers accepted
