An opportunity is available for a skilled Imaging - Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to contribute expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position emphasizes hands-on experience with advanced imaging technologies and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various interventional radiology imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, ensuring high standards of operation.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes and addressing concerns.
  • Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and imaging results.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or in a similar imaging role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IR imaging techniques, safety standards, and equipment operation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Certification and licensure as required for IR Technologists.
  • Ability to adhere strictly to protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.

Job Type: Contract, with placements available locally within a 50-mile radius.
