Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Every other weekend on call
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality interventional radiology imaging procedures with precision and professionalism
- Assist radiologists during a range of minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal function and safety
- Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care
- Adhere to established protocols for infection control, radiation safety, and patient confidentiality
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist or in a related imaging role
- Strong knowledge of IR imaging techniques and equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to comfort and prepare patients for procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Current certification and licensure as required by state regulations
