This travel position will immerse you in a dynamic imaging department as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist. Qualifications and Experience:
- ARRT certification (Interventional Radiography preferred)
- California State Radiologic Technologist License
- BLS certification
- Previous experience as an IR Technologist is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures under physician guidance
- Operate advanced imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality
- Deliver compassionate patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Document procedures and maintain accurate records
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
- Support radiologists and nursing staff throughout exams
