Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and assist in a diverse range of vascular IR procedures, including endografts, neurovascular interventions, trauma, and body IR cases.
  • Operate within high-acuity settings utilizing GE and Siemens fluoroscopy suites.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams in a stroke thrombectomy center to deliver critical patient care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (R) certification required.
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated Interventional Radiology scrub experience.
  • Strong familiarity with guidewires and complex neurovascular cases.
  • Previous experience in a high-acuity stroke or thrombectomy center is essential.
  • Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the South Bend region; first-time travelers will not be considered.

Contract Details:

  • Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • On-call shifts adjust to 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Call rotation includes every third or fourth weekend plus one weekday weekly, with a full week of call every seventh week.
