Contribute your expertise as a CT/PET Tech in a dynamic healthcare setting, where your skills will support the delivery of essential diagnostic imaging services. As a key member of the imaging team, you will utilize state-of-the-art CT technology to assist in accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule:

• Contract position, 13-week duration

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans using advanced imaging equipment.
• Correctly position patients and calibrate equipment for optimal imaging results.
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and physicians to select appropriate imaging protocols.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all imaging procedures performed.
• Follow strict safety and radiation protection protocols to ensure safety for patients and staff.
• Monitor and assess equipment performance, reporting any issues in a timely fashion.
• Deliver compassionate care and support to patients during imaging procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
• Active BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in CT imaging.
• Proficiency in performing IV starts, utilizing PACS, and administering contrast media.
• Competence in imaging Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, and Musculoskeletal regions.
• Experience working in a Trauma 1 and Stroke 1 environment, with exposure to busy ER settings.
• Familiarity with advanced exams such as Coronary CTA and TAVR.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
