Qualifications:
- Current certification/registration in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT-CT or equivalent certification required
- BLS certification (current)
- Previous experience in CT imaging strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of CT imaging procedures with accuracy and timeliness
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for optimal patient care
- Assess and prepare patients for exams, ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain and calibrate CT equipment as necessary
- Document imaging findings and procedures in accordance with facility policies
- Adhere to all radiation safety guidelines and infection control procedures
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their imaging experience
