Job Description

Step into a vital role performing advanced CT imaging for patients requiring timely and accurate diagnostic care. This contract position offers an opportunity to work a structured overnight/weekend schedule, collaborating with a professional healthcare team and utilizing your specialized skills to make a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Schedule:

  • B week: Monday-Wednesday 9:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
  • Thursday off
  • Friday 9:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.
  • A week: Entire week off
  • Holidays: Required to work holidays that fall on scheduled workdays
  • Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

  • ARRT (CT) certification required
  • At least two years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Strong knowledge of CT protocols and safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT imaging equipment effectively for a variety of diagnostic procedures
  • Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure top-quality imaging
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to regulatory guidelines
  • Follow established protocols for radiation safety and infection control
  • Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed
