Step into a vital role within diagnostic imaging, specializing in both CT and CT/PET technologies. Schedule/Hours:

• Contract duration: 13 weeks

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active ARRT certification in CT
• Current BLS certification
• At least one year of CT imaging experience
• Proficiency with IV starts and contrast administration
• Familiarity with PACS systems
• Skilled in performing scans of the abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate state-of-the-art CT scanners and imaging equipment, ensuring optimal quality scans
• Accurately position patients and calibrate equipment according to protocol
• Work closely with radiologists and physicians to execute appropriate imaging procedures
• Maintain clear and precise patient records and document all procedures
• Adhere to strict safety and radiation protection protocols for both patients and staff
• Monitor imaging equipment performance, reporting concerns as needed
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the imaging process

Work Environment:

• Experience with Trauma 1 and Stroke 1 care, and busy emergency settings
• Exposure to advanced exams including Coronary CTA and TAVR
