A healthcare facility in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an 8-hour evening shift contract position. This role offers an opportunity to provide expert imaging services within a dynamic clinical environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour evening shifts
• 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience (required)
• ARRT certification in CT (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system (required)
• Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• Competency in IV insertion and venipuncture
• Ability to perform routine and emergency CT exams, including CTA and angiography
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct routine and specialized CT imaging procedures with precision and care
• Prepare and position patients for scans while ensuring their safety and comfort
• Operate CT equipment while adhering to protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams by delivering accurate imaging results promptly
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
