This opportunity is seeking a skilled Imaging Cardiovascular Technologist with specialized expertise in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab to support acute care patients in a dynamic hospital setting. The role focuses on advanced cardiovascular procedures including right and left heart catheterizations, structural heart interventions such as TAVR and mitral clip, and vascular cases requiring intricate knowledge of IABP and Impella insertion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile scrub duties during cardiovascular procedures, including electrophysiology and catheterization lab interventions.
• Monitor patients diligently throughout procedures, documenting clinical data accurately.
• Support sedation protocols and Phase 1 recovery monitoring with proficiency, leveraging ICU or PACU experience when applicable.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and procedural excellence.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical records system for documentation and data management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab and EP Technologist roles.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) verification required.
• Certifications in ACLS, ARRT, and BLS mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience with cardiac and vascular procedures, sedation, and Phase 1 recovery.
• Familiarity with specialty devices such as IABP and Impella.
• Proficient in working with acute care populations and understanding related pathophysiology.

Schedule:

• Day shift: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with on-call responsibilities.
