A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to support a healthcare facility in Punta Gorda, Florida. This role focuses on providing expert imaging services in the cardiac catheterization lab and requires both precision and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, utilizing advanced imaging equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain the catheterization lab, ensuring all equipment is operational and sterile.
  • Monitor patients during procedures, documenting and reporting critical information accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements for imaging and catheterization lab practices.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cath Lab Technologist with expertise in imaging procedures.
  • Certification such as RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in operating cardiac catheterization and related imaging equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environments.
