A Cath Lab Technician role is open for a contract position in Atlanta, GA, offering an engaging opportunity to apply your imaging and cardiovascular interventional skills in a fast-paced environment. This role requires at least two years of clinical experience, with a focus on catheterization lab procedures and imaging technology.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift
• 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour shifts (07:30 AM 08:00 PM)
• Weekend coverage included in call requirements
• On-call rotation: 5 weekdays and 1 weekend every 6 weeks

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years cath lab technician experience; first-time travelers are not accepted
• Proficient in imaging and catheterization lab procedures
• Ability to float within facility as needed, adhering to scope of practice
• Full compliance with orientation and credentialing requirements is mandatory before start

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization lab
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to assist physicians during procedures
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and procedure success
• Participate actively in call rotations and holiday coverage as required by assignment length
• Maintain strict compliance with all facility policies and clinical guidelines
