An Illinois School District is Looking for a Contract Speech-Language Pathologist for Teletherapy Services

A school district in Illinois is now on the hunt for a virtual, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position with VocoVision. VocoVision is dedicated to bringing services to students in need across the nation through teletherapy. Requirements:

  • Valid SLP license in Illinois
  • PEL
  • Previous experience in pediatrics and ASHA CCC certification.
  • Possession of a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Must provide personal liability insurance.
  • Able to pass a basic technical screening.
  • Access to a stable Wi-Fi connection and an updated computer (no Chromebooks or iPads, per VocoVision standards).

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a school setting.
  • Proficiency in working with students from K-12 with varying degrees of disability.

Job Details:

  • Contract position under 1099 contract status.
  • Caseload involves a diverse range of students, K-12.
  • Conduct both group and one-on-one therapy sessions.
