Position: ICU RN
Location: Montgomery, AL
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour Days or Nights (Variable Shifts Available)

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week contract position in Montgomery, AL. This role involves providing critical care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), working with patients who require close monitoring and advanced medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
Perform complex assessments and develop individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to stabilize patients and ensure the highest level of care.
Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when necessary.
Ensure patient safety and adhere to ICU protocols and hospital policies.

Requirements:

Active RN license.
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ICU experience.
BLS, ACLS certifications required.
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills.
Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed.
