A Contract opportunity is available for a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health care in Wynne, Arkansas. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy services directly in patients homes, aiming to improve their mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate patients physical status, functional capabilities, and mobility challenges.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician directives.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper exercise techniques, transfer methods, and use of assistive devices to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
- Experience in Home Health settings and with Home Care/Home Based (HCHB) services.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
