  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to optimize outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current Physical Therapy license valid in the state of Connecticut
  • Experience in home health settings and knowledge of home health care billing (HCHB)
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
