Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, addressing cognitive and physical impairments caused by injury, disease, or disability. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-year certification as a Home Health Occupational Therapist
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care settings
- Active registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Proficiency with computer software and familiarity with handheld patient care devices preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication abilities
