A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced Nurse Practitioners to conduct home health risk assessments on a per diem basis in Union County, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting patient health by providing comprehensive visits to Medicare Advantage plan members located throughout El Dorado, Smackover, Norphlet, Louann, and surrounding areas.

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts, Monday through Sunday
• Design your own schedule
• Minimum weekly or bi-weekly hourly commitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members within Union County, AR
• Review and document prior and current medical concerns, including medication and condition history
• Educate patients on their medical conditions and medications
• Assess for gaps in care and recommend steps for improvement
• Focus on assessmentno responsibilities for treatment planning or medication prescribing

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner License in Arkansas
• Board certification through AANP or ANCC
• Current CPR certification (BLS required)
• MSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of recent NP experience is preferred

This per diem opportunity offers $80$90 per evaluation, with an additional stipend for mileage and compensated administrative time. This structure lets you increase your earning potential with each completed assessment while maintaining control over your own schedule.
