Job Description

Home Health Travel RN Job offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Rock Hill, SC. Home Health Travel RN’s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time / 13-Week Contract
5 - 6 patient visits per day

The ideal Home Health Travel RN candidates will maintain:

· At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience

· Admission / Case Management experience

· Current SC State or Compact License

· Current BLS (AHA)

· OASIS – 48-hour turnaround

· Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
