Job Description

We are actively seeking an RN for a Home Health position located in Winston Salem, NC. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience, OASIS and HCHB experience and be able to perform 25-30 points weekly.

Requirements:

Active RN license
Active Driver’s license
Proof of Auto insurance
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
BLS (AHA)
Must have Oasis and HCHB experience
25-30 productively points weekly

Job details:

M-F
13-week contract
8a-5p
On-call as needed
Weekends as needed
