Job Details: 

• 13 Week Contract, possibility to extend
• Open to local and travel candidates
• Full-Time/40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday, occasional weekends
• 8am-5pm
• Mileage reimbursement 

Job Requirements: 

• Active AZ RN License
• Active AHA BLS
• At least 1 year of Home Health, RN experience
• Must have Homecare Homebase and Oasis experience
