Job Description

Description: Discover an exciting travel opportunity as a Home Health Registered Nurse in Cleveland, OH. While prior experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis is beneficial, your passion for home health care is equally important. This position offers a daytime schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care within the home health setting.
Apply your skills to enhance patient outcomes, with or without prior HCHB and Oasis experience.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

Active RN license.
Willingness to learn or prior experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis.
Flexibility for an 8 am - 5 pm shift.
Dedication to delivering excellent home health care.
