Description: Embark on an exciting travel opportunity as a Home Health Registered Nurse in Fort Worth, TX. This role in Home Health Care requires expertise in Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis. The position offers a convenient 8 am to 5 pm schedule.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in the home health setting.
Utilize your proficiency with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis to optimize patient care.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient services.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

Active RN license.
Prior experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) and Oasis is essential.
Availability for the 8 am - 5 pm shift.
