Current RI State RN License
BLS (AHA)
At least 1 year of recent home health experience
Proficient in HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis and Outlook
Must be able and willing to handling a full case load
48 hour paperwork turn around
Start of Care/Admissions experience (client has heavy admissions)
