Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Home Health team in the picturesque community of Longview, Washington.

As a Home Health RN, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients by providing high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

Job Details:

Position Type: Contract, Full-Time
Length: 13 Week Contract, possibility of extension upon successful completion and performance
Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional Availability: Occasional weekends and on-call
Location: Longview, Washington
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
Compensation: Hourly pay, not by visit; Negotiable pay, based off territory and experience; Blended pay packages available for travelers; Mileage reimbursement

Job Duties:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and home care needs, utilizing advanced electronic health record systems for precise documentation.
Collaborating with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to develop, implement, and continuously update personalized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and preferences.
Administering medications, providing wound care, and conducting necessary medical procedures while maintaining meticulous records and adhering to best practices.
Monitoring and documenting patients' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.

Requirements:

Active Washington RN license
Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase software to be considered for hire
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
