Are you a qualified Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a new contract? Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews for a 13 week contract located in Lake Katrine, NY. Enjoy small town life in the Hudson River Valley after spending your days taking care of patients in need of care and compassion.

The selected Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
30 units weekly
OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience required
Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
Current NY Registered Nurse license required
Current BLS (AHA) or willingness to obtain
OASIS experience REQUIRED - 24-48 turnaround
Homecare Homebase experience required
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance required
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
