Home Health Nurse - KY

We are currently looking to hire experienced Home Health Nurses in Lexington, KY. If you are interested, please see below for details and requirements of this position. 

Job Details: 

• This is a 13 week contract position, with a possibility of either extension or hire at the end of contract.
• Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • On call will be some weekends and 1 day during the week
• This will involve visiting both facilities and patient homes
  • This position is paid hourly and your mileage will be reimbursed

Job Requirements: 

• 6 months - 1 year of Home Health experience 
• Experience using HCHB
• Able to pass background check as well as drug screening 
• Active RN License
• Driver's License + Auto Insurance
