Job Description

Home Care RN job offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Care organization in Walterboro, SC. Home Health RN’s will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time / 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Home Health RN will maintain:

At least 1 year of recent Home Care RN experience
Admissions / Case Management experience
Current SC State or Compact License
Current BLS (AHA)
OASIS – 48-hour turnaround
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
