Home Care Registered Nurse Job in Elizabethtown, KY

Home Care Registered Nurse position offering the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health Care organization in Elizabethtown, KY. Home Care Registered Nurses will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full Time / 13-Week Contract
• 5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Home Care Registered Nurse will maintain:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health RN experience
• Admissions / Case Management experience
• Current KY State or Compact License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• OASIS – 48-hour turnaround
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
