Job Title: School Nurse
Location: Long Branch, NJ
Are you a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse looking for a fulfilling opportunity in Long Branch, NJ? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and make a positive impact on the health and well-being of students in our school district.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct healthcare services to students, including first aid, medication administration, and emergency care as needed.
Monitor and manage student health conditions, such as chronic illnesses and allergies.
Conduct health screenings and assessments to identify potential health concerns.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individual health plans.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with school policies and legal regulations.
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency medical services, if necessary.

Requirements:

Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
Experience working with children and adolescents in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge of pediatric health conditions, medications, and treatments.
