Location: Flovilla, GA

Responsibilities: As a Paraprofessional, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with teachers and students to provide assistance and support in various classroom settings. Your key tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs or learning challenges.
Monitoring and supervising students during classroom activities and transitions.
Collaborating with teachers and other educational professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assisting with classroom organization and resource preparation.
Helping students with tasks such as assignments, projects, and assessments.
Supporting students' social and emotional development.
Promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.

Requirements: To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in education or related field is a plus).
Paraprofessional License Preferred.
Experience working with children, either in an educational or childcare setting.
A strong passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo a background check as required by the school district.
