Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Lancaster, California

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: Sunbelt is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality direct therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collect data on client progress and behavior.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients.
Communicate regularly with BCBA and other team members.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in therapy and documentation.

Qualifications:

Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
