Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is looking to hire a Home Health RN for their next travel assignment. We have the opportunity to work with an excellent Home Health agency in Metairie, Louisiana. The Home Health RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

Full Time Contract
5-6 home visits per day

The ideal Home Health RN will maintain:

At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
Admissions / Case Management experience
Current Louisiana State License
Current BLS (AHA)
OASIS – 24-48 hour turnaround
Homecare Homebase experience
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
