Job Description

Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a School District in New Hampshire.

Sunbelt Staffing is searching for a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a first-grade student with diabetes in Rye, New Hampshire.

Position Requirements:

  • Must hold an active New Hampshire LNA or CNA License
  • Previous experience in pediatric care or working with diabetic patients is preferred
  • Ability to work closely with school staff to ensure effective monitoring

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full-Time, 8:20 AM to 2:50 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Monitor the student’s blood sugar levels and provide guidance as needed
  • Utilize an app for real-time monitoring and notify the school nurse when levels are outside the normal range
  • Work collaboratively with the school nurse to address any health concerns
