High School Science Teacher Opportunity – Columbus, OH
A school district in the Columbus, OH area is seeking a High School Science Teacher to fill an open caseload. This district needs someone who can start ASAP and lead students with quality aids and services. Work with a school district that supports its teachers and students!

Requirements:

Bachelors or master’s degree in General Education or related fields
Must have a valid OH Integrated Science License on 9-12 or comparable OH teaching certificate.
Previous Special Education Teaching experience preferred but not required.
Pass a Drug screening and background check.

Job Specifics:

Full-time, onsite Monday – Friday, 40 hrs/wk
Monitor all areas of the Individualized Education Plan
Adapt curriculum with individual plans and instructional materials.
Maintain standards of student behavior to achieve functional learning atmospheres.
Promote inclusion opportunities for students.
Collaborate with staff and general education teachers.
Further caseload details will be discussed in interview and placement will be based off experience.
