Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Woodhaven, MI area to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.
 As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a crucial role in helping students develop essential communication and language skills. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to assess and treat communication disorders, implement individualized therapy plans, and monitor progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Provide therapy and intervention services to students both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, progress reports, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' goals and objectives.
  • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
  • Attend professional development and training sessions as required.


  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
