Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – East Orange, New Jersey

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced BCBA to support a school district near West Orange, New Jersey. This full-time, position involves providing behavioral support to students and creating individualized intervention plans.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform FBAs to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and develop actionable BIPs.
Deliver one-on-one and group support to students, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Provide training and coaching to school staff on ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques.
Collaborate with families to create consistency between school and home interventions.

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification
Valid New Jersey license/certificate for BCBA practice
Experience in a school-based setting or working with K-12 students is highly desirable
