We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a position within a respected school district near Bruce Crossing, MI. Responsibilities:

Provide direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' gross motor skills, functional mobility, strength, range of motion, and balance
Develop and implement customized treatment plans to enhance students' physical abilities and promote active participation in educational activities
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary team to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of student progress, assessments, and treatment plans
Stay updated with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and advancements in the field of physical therapy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Valid Michigan state PT license
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility
Genuine passion for helping students achieve their maximum physical potential
