Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking a highly qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position within a school district located near Benecia, CA. The PT will provide services to students with various physical disabilities and help them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and provide therapy services to students with physical disabilities in accordance with the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and state/federal guidelines.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including teachers, special educators, and other related service providers, to develop and implement appropriate interventions and strategies.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each student based on their specific needs and goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and other required documentation.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Valid California PT license
Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
