Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to work with a school district near Portland, Oregon. The PT will be responsible for evaluating and treating students with physical disabilities, injuries or impairments. The therapist will work collaboratively with other members of the school-based team, including teachers, administrators, and parents, to create individualized treatment plans and provide support to students.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students with physical disabilities, injuries, or impairments to determine their functional capabilities and limitations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and student goals
Work collaboratively with other members of the school-based team to provide support and services to students
Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and assistive technology
Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon
Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
