Full time- onsite- School Registered Behavior Specialist (RBT) –Lake Stevens WA
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
  • Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals, ensuring accurate and reliable documentation.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and functional behavior assessments to inform intervention strategies.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of your work.

Job Requirements:

  • Current and active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a behavior therapy setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must pass a background check.
