Full time- onsite- School Registered Behavior Specialist (RBT) –Lake Stevens WA
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Job Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, such as homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals, ensuring accurate and reliable documentation.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Assist in conducting assessments and functional behavior assessments to inform intervention strategies.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of your work.

Job Requirements:

Current and active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a behavior therapy setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Must pass a background check.
