Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school district near Santa Maria, CA. This is a full-time, contract position for the upcoming academic year.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students in a school setting
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided

Requirements:

Valid California Occupational Therapist license
Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
