Job description for upcoming school year

The hired LPN/RN will be working as a school health nurse, providing direct and personalized nursing care and assistance to students and teachers at the assigned school. This is a very fast-moving process, please be prepared to start your assignment quickly. 

• General school nursing responsibilities;
• Administering medication to students;
• Wound care;
•  Managing student health records;
•  Family counseling;
•  Student counseling on health;

Work Hours:

• Full-time;
•  35-40 hours per week;
•  Monday through Friday;

Job Requirements:

•  Active LPN/RN LIC in AZ;
•  Can commute near Glendale, AZ;
•  Previous experience with pediatrics is highly favorable
• Ability to pass a background check
